We have a eBook library accessible to our members. Ebooks cannot be shared to members outside of organization.
Sycamore Meadow Grimoire
Members will have access to our Grimoire. The grimoire has a lot of ritual information in it. The articles of instruction have been moved to the Learning Center and integrated into the courses.
All members have access to our Learning Center. The Learning Center is where you will receive your training for American Traditional Witchcraft. We also provide spiritual training for members who practice the religion of Wicca and coven leadership training for members who wish to create/run a coven.

Coven members and individuals who apply to Sycamore Meadow ATWA to become ordained ministers will continue to receive their ordination threw ULC. We are working on our fund raising projects to fund our 501 status with the IRS for Not For Profit and Incorporation for Church status. This is an expensive project. I know many of you are waiting patiently for this and many more have donated a lot of time in helping us raise funds. Until we have this complete we will use the ULC for ordination.
Our not for profit and church status will not at any point force a religious choice onto our members. This status will allow us to issue receipts for donations to our organization for you to write off on your taxes and the ability to ordain members who wish to reside as a legal clergy for weddings/handingfastings, death rights at hospitals, and etc.
Our online member services use the Google Business App Programs. The following is membership benefits provided with our Google business account.

| We utilize the Google Business App program. Allowing us to provide more benefits for our members. Using this system allows you to log into all of our services and Google's services with the same email address and increases your storage limits with Google's services. All members, hedgewitches and covens, will receive the following membership benefits: |
Email
Email: 25g email fully integrated into Google system. Advertisement free and a great spam filter. The email allows threaded conversations from Google+ social networking. For those that have not experienced this we believe you will love it. Everyone that we tested it with fell in love with this feature rather quickly. The 25g of storage is great for sending large photos and videos. This was a must feature that was requested by many of our members. For email access you can use the online mail system, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile. For Microsoft Outlook and mobile users you will access to gmail app (mobile only), exchange hosting service, imap, or pop. The choice is yours. All members will be given a choice of domain for their email. The domains available for individual members and covens is@sycamoremeadow.com or @americantraditionalwitchcraft.com. Covens will be given an additional choice of having their email and website listed as a different domain. There will be a $50 yearly charge for this feature. This fee covers the domain setup, email mx records for google apps, and domain registration. This is a yearly fee.
Contacts and calendars are full integrated into the Google system allowing you access to your information where ever you are. For iphone users we have found an app that will allow you to have contact groups on your phone and share contacts with other accounts. Our director uses it and says it works great! Calendars have the option of being public or private choice is yours. You can accept calendar invites for events directly from the email system. Calendar and contacts are both fully integrated in Google+.
Individual Members and Covens will be given a webpage with a size limit of 500mb for listing what they are about and links to their social networking sites. For covens that purchase the $50 domain package the url to your website will be the domain name you have chosen For covens who do not purchase the $50 domain package you will have a choice of http://name.sycamoremeadow.com or http://name.americantraditionalwitchcraft.com with name being replaced by one you choose. For covens or individuals who need more space we use the Google drive pricing tables. Space will be purchased for one year not by the monthly method. As of this writing 25g of space is $30.
Blog
Members have access to blogger blogging system. Blogger is fully integrated with Google+
2nd mobile phone line to your mobile device with transcription voice mail service. Transcriptions will be stored within your email box. Text notice system can be used as well for notification of new voice mail. This feature is of great importance for covens. This allows you to have a public number for your coven without exposing your personal number.

Integrated into the Google system for use in any of their areas: google+, calendar, email, and etc. You can purchase additional cloud space if you need it. The Google Drive Storage pricing tables will be the cost we charge for the upgraded space.
Your email address will access all of Sycamore Meadow ATWA and Google Services.
Google+ (plus) is Google's version of Facebook. It is difficult for some to get their head around it. If you approach Google+ as Facebook it will be hard. We have a help page that explains how to use Google+ to help people join and have fun. Google+ is actually not hard at all. The biggest reason we have pushed for Google+ is the issue Facebook has brought onto themselves. Facebook is choosing which of our posts you will see instead of allowing posts to go threw as we post them. Facebook has also changed their terms of service about photographs and written items. The Facebook TOS states "you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook" this causes us great concern. This violates all of our privacy. If you take a photo or write something it is yours! We will not have anything to do with a company that abuses this concept. Since they will not change their TOS back. We will not use any Facebook service. This is why we are using Google+ exclusively for our social networking. Google's TOS states what is yours remains yours. |
